This ethos was brought to life when our team had the fantastic opportunity to attend a Mexican cookery class at the renowned Nick Nairn Cook School in Port of Menteith.
Surrounded by stunning Scottish scenery, we stepped into the state-of-the-art teaching kitchen to embark on a culinary adventure led by expert chefs. The class focused on creating vibrant, flavour-packed dishes using premium Miele appliances — a perfect match for the quality and innovation we value at Mihaus.
The menu for the day? Fresh fish tacos bursting with zesty lime and coriander, and a rich, slow-cooked Mexican beef chilli with deep, smoky flavours. The Miele ovens and hobs performed flawlessly, delivering precision and consistency that elevated each dish. It was a brilliant reminder of how high-performance appliances can make a real difference, whether you’re cooking midweek meals or entertaining friends and family.
