Mihaus are delighted that the launch of the new Mihaus Showroom has been featured in the latest issue of Homes & Interior Scotland magazine.
The main entertainment of the evening was cookery demonstrations by Nick Nairn who cooked the following dishes:
- Beef fillet saltimbocca, wilted greens and sauce vierge
- Seared salmon, chorizo, mussels, peas and lettuce
- Tarragon Chicken with wild mushrooms, truffle cream and saute Parmesan potatoes
Nick demonstrated throughout the evening and did a book signing at the end of the evening.
Guests were refreshed by our mixologists who made a selection of cocktails such as Snow-Hito, Winter Berry Collins and Caramel Hot Toddy as they demonstrated the new Zip HydroTap 5in1.
Further entertainment was provided by Singing Waiters and Wine Tasting by Marckinch Wine Gallery.
Our new Mihaus Showroom showcases a number of suppliers including Siemens Miele, Gaggenau, Bosch, Neff, Pronorm, Zip taps, Hansgrohe, Merlyn, Porcelanosa, Keuco, Amtico and Karndean.
The showroom is open Monday – Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 10am-4pm
